Malty, nutty, with a deliciously soft texture. Made over three days with organic wheat flour, water, sea salt and a tiny bit of yeast. The long fermentation allows the gluten in the flour to break down, making it easier to digest. It makes great toast for up to a week and freezes very well.
Cut-off for orders for delivery the next day is 1pm.
Bread is only available for delivery from Tuesday-Saturday.
