We have the products, team, logistics & capabilities to deliver large orders - nationwide!

Here at Local e Sourced, we have the capacity to cater for corporate orders large or small. We’re very fortunate to have already struck up some great relationships with some fantastic businesses large and small! During these uncertain times, it is great to see these businesses looking after staff and keeping spirits high. Doing this while also supporting independent suppliers!

Our team can be contacted via email to help organise your event or occasion with bespoke and larger orders. We will create exactly what you need using products from our website to help make your event or occasion one to remember! Anything on the site can be added and all items can be swapped out and changed to suit your requirements.

All dietary requirements can be catered for and in addition we offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks options.

Turnaround for these larger orders isn’t a problem either!

We can deliver direct to addresses simultaneously across the UK to be enjoyed together…virtually!

In addition to what we have mentioned above, we’re also able to offer discounts on larger orders. However the delivery is set by the couriers at £6.99 per address. We can even brand it your way! Simply send us what you’d like to have included and we’ll include!

We can also add a hand-written note (normally £1.50). However, we do also offer discounts for this within larger corporate orders. Add that extra personal touch to your event or occasion!

As a rule, we would always recommend that the orders are delivered the day before your event. Therefore we suggest this to ensure all parties have received theirs to enjoy at the same time. Using our couriers, this can be tracked so your recipients can track their individual delivery. Please note that all our freshly packed items can be kept refrigerated for up to 48 hours after receipt. We assure you they will remain fresh if chilled. We’ll advise what we think is best for you for your peace of mind.

If you have any queries either before or after placing an order, our customer services team are on hand to answer any questions via email or social media.

Furthermore, our product packaging is also 99% recyclable as part of our sustainable efforts. Your corporate orders with us will be as environmentally friendly as possible.

We ordered a number of the grazing boxes to be delivered to our team for our Christmas virtual party. They were great! There was a choice of products so not everyone had to have the same thing and we loved that they are all locally sourced to support local and to be more sustainable. The product itself was delicious - really great variety, arrived in really good condition. Really good quality products and plenty of food. Would highly recommend.
In these unprecedented times with the pandemic, a lot has changed with our office dynamic. One being having to now host all our meetings/events virtually. Hamish managed to organise Grazing Boxes to be sent out to each participant (event putting together a special vegetarian one), delivered on my requested date. Our event can now be a more 'normal' experience for us to be able to 'dine' and have that team-bonding experience that we've missed all year. Thank you for all your time and effort with this.
We placed a large order of grazing boxes to treat some of our VIP customers – Hamish, at Local e Sourced was very helpful in getting our order sorted and despatched to over 70 addresses. All the customers we sent boxes to were thrilled with the selection of goodies and they all arrived on time. Hamish was also very attentive to a customer of ours who had a nut allergy which helped put our mind at ease.
I used local e sourced to organise a number of both small and large scale virtual lunches with deliveries all over the UK during lockdown and they couldn’t have been more helpful.
